All of the animals (both pits and non-pits) pictured and/or listed here need homes. Please email us if you are interested in any of the animals, and we will either send you an application or direct you to the appropriate people. All of our animals are vetted, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, Heartworm tested and on preventitive, microchipped, housebroken, crate training and know basic obedience. |

Jackson
Jackson is a 1.5 year old neutered male catahoula leopard dog /pit bull mix. He is a sweet boy that loves to play fetch! He is mostly housebroken (no accidents yet) is crate trained and working on his basic obedience. He is attaches to people quickly and rarely lets them out of his sight. Jackson plays well with other dogs and would love to have a canine sibling!

Elenore
Elenore is a 2.5 year old, spayed female pit bull terrier. She is good with dogs, cats and children! She has been through basic obedience as well as basic agility. She loves to play and is a social butterfly! |

Sarah
Sarah is a 4 year old, spayed female American Staffordshire Terrier. She is a wonderful girl - quite low key! Sarah was raised with young children and would be really happy to be back in a home with kids! She is okay with other dogs as long as she has a proper introduction. Sarah is housebroken and crate trained. She will need a refresher on her basic obedience however. |

Bruce
Bruce is a year and a half old Rottweiler/American Pit Bull Terrier mix. Bruce is good with most dogs, however we do not know how he is with cats or small animals. He is good with kids but due to his excitability, we recommed no kids under 7. He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on year round preventative. Bruce is also housebroken, crate trained, knows basic obedience as well as knowing how to shake and give five!We would really like to see Bruce and Mya go into a home together, as he helps her a lot. 6 Red Eared Sliders!
WIPBR is currently fostering 6 baby Red Eared Slider turtles. They are ready to go to their new homes! We have 4 girls and 2 boys. Adoption fees will be donated to Small Scale Reptile Rescue. |
Blue
Meet Blue! He is WIPBR's honorary pit bull! Blue is in need of a new home as his previous owner was forced to surrender him due to personal medical problems. Blue is a sweet boy and plays VERY well with others. Blue WILL need to attend obedience classes, and it will be a requirement for adoption. He is currently in a foster home with three other dogs and doing quite well with them! |

Tanner
Meet Tanner. He currently resides at the Iowa County Humane Society waiting to either get into rescue or be adopted. He is a neutered male pit bull, and is current on all his vaccinations. He is a sweet boy, but would do best as an only dog or with a female of similar size. Tanner does not like cats, therefore no feline companions please! Bogey
Bogey is a 9 month old pit bull/labrador retriever mix. He is a sweet boy, already neutered, housebroken and crate trained. Bogey needs a little work when it comes to food - he eats WAY too fast. He needs to learn to slow down, enjoy his meals and learn that meal time is fun. Bogey is excellent with other dogs and seems a bit scared of cats. |
